Terms of service
Last updated 11 August 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you buy Reboot Reset. They're written in plain English on purpose. Buying the programme means accepting them.
Who you're dealing with
- Reboot Academy, run by Lennon Coles as a sole trader in the UK.
- Address: Lakeside Cafe, Lake Rd, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7JA, United Kingdom
- Contact: lennoncoles@rebootacademy.co.uk
This is not therapy, and it is not medical treatment
Read this bit properly, because it's the most important thing on the page.
Reboot Reset is a coaching and education programme built around four practical foundations: your morning, your sleep, your phone use, and how much you move. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, or medical treatment of any kind. Lennon is not a therapist, a doctor, or a registered health professional, and nothing in the programme is a diagnosis.
Feeling flat, tired, foggy or unmotivated can be caused by lifestyle. It can also be caused by depression, anxiety, sleep apnoea, thyroid problems, anaemia and plenty of other conditions that no amount of habit-fixing will touch.
If things are worse than "stuck", please see a GP. That isn't us dodging responsibility, it's us telling you the truth: there are problems this programme genuinely cannot solve, and you deserve the thing that actually works.
If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency call 999. In the UK you can also call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.
The diagnostic on this site is a self-assessment tool. It tells you which of the four foundations scored worst against your own answers. That is not a clinical assessment and shouldn't be treated as one.
Who can buy this
You need to be 18 or over to buy Reboot Reset. If you're younger than that, the content on this site is still yours to read and use, but we're not able to sell you the programme yet.
What you're buying
Reboot Reset is a 5-week programme, delivered live by Lennon. It includes:
- Five weekly lessons, delivered live to a small group on a video call.
- A 1-to-1 check-in each week, between you and Lennon.
- A weekly regroup call with the group.
- A before-and-after review in Week 5.
The founder cohort is capped at 3 people and starts on 12 October. Sessions are online, so you'll need a device and a reasonable internet connection.
It's a one-off payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
What we owe you
- To run the sessions as described, personally, and on time.
- To give you reasonable notice if anything has to move.
- To refund you in full if we cancel the cohort.
- To be honest with you, including telling you when we think this isn't the right thing for you.
What you owe us
- To turn up, or tell us when you can't.
- To do the work between sessions. It's the part that actually changes anything.
- To give us accurate information, particularly your email, since that's how everything reaches you.
What you owe the group
The lessons and regroup calls are shared with other people, and those people will say honest things about their own lives. That only works if everyone can rely on it staying in the room.
- What's said in the group stays in the group. Don't repeat it, screenshot it, or post it anywhere.
- Don't record sessions. Not audio, not video, not screen capture.
- Treat the others decently. Everyone there is dealing with the same thing you are.
If someone breaks this badly enough to make the group unsafe for the others, we may remove them from the programme. We would refund the unused part if we did. We don't expect it to come up, but the other people in the room deserve to know the rule exists.
Your material stays yours
Anything you share about yourself is yours. We won't use your name, story or results in marketing unless you tell us we can, and you can withdraw that at any time.
The programme's own material, slides and structure stay ours. You're welcome to use them for your own life. You're not licensed to resell them or run them as your own programme.
Cancellations and refunds
Covered in full on the refund and cancellation page: a statutory 14-day right to cancel, plus our own attendance-based guarantee on top. Nothing on this page reduces either.
Where our responsibility ends
We'll deliver the programme properly and we stand behind it with the guarantee. What we can't do is promise a specific outcome, because that depends on things outside our control, mainly whether you do the work.
We're not liable for losses that couldn't reasonably have been expected when you bought. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're buying as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
If something goes wrong
Email lennoncoles@rebootacademy.co.uk. It goes to Lennon. Most things get sorted in a single reply.
The legal bits
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
- If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- We may update these terms. If you've already bought, the terms you agreed to at the time are the ones that apply to your purchase.
